  2. Approval Process: Our team will respond within 48 working hours to guide you through the process.
  3. Return Address: Once approved, we will provide the return address. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices (except for defective items).
  • Custom-made or tailored products.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Orders containing more than two items to discourage bulk trial-and-return practices.

Refund Process
