Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 working weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Please note:

Working days refer to weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on Fridays or during holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

For faster delivery, we offer a rush order service at an additional cost of €20–€30 EUR. This option can be arranged upon request.

Shipping Rules and Regulations

To provide you with reliable delivery, all orders are made-to-order and shipped directly from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Responsibility for Delivery: Once your package leaves our facility, the delivery responsibility lies with the courier company.
Contact Information: Please ensure you provide a valid phone number with your shipping address for courier contact.
Custom Clearance Fees: Any fees incurred due to rejected shipments during customs clearance will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Signature on Delivery: If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery, contact us via email or phone to arrange this option.
Order Changes: If changes are needed after placing your order, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes depend on your order’s processing status.

Stock and Regular Orders: Delivered to your doorstep within 3 working weeks after confirmation.
